DUALflex's base isolation technology
By inserting DUALflex, which is a technology that reduces the energy delivered to the communication system by inserting a base isolation table between the communication system (rack) and the ground, the communication system is separated from the ground. It artificially increases the natural period of the structure, placing it outside the strong periodic band of earthquake in order to reduces the seismic force that is delivered to the communication system.

The moving part base isolation device that has a dual structure reduces vibration in two layers, absorbing the impact. Even though the device has a 2-layered moving part, it has the same thickness and size as the single base isolation product. In addition, it realizes an advanced technology with an upgraded impact reduction function from micro vibration to strong vibration through the integration of parts for convenient maintenance and repair.
